Well, since I did something I thought I would share it with you.
The new year is hear and what am I going to do. First, I have decided to ride the handcycle more often. I got out the last two days and felt great. It has been sunny here and my excuse for not riding is gone.
My goal is to ride to Sacramento on the bike trail, so that is a ways off. I have not come up with a time table yet.
I also went on a trip to the Yolo bypass. There is a wildlife sanctuary there with public access. We went down and spent the afternoon viewing ducks, hawks and other birds. It was relaxing and I will probably go again. There are a few other preserves nearby also, so we are planning to visit them also. I did this with a friend and former client, Austin Ditter.
