Home again

We had a great time in San Diego! Sea World was awesome, I haven't been there since cub scouts.

The amigo worked great, I think many people were jealous of it, especially Wendy, who would have loved a ride.

We saw the normal stuff, Dolphins, Whales of all sorts, Sharks and many other sea wildlife. Xander was a trooper the whole time. He just wanted to ride the whales, maybe next time.

Thanksgiving dinner was great, Kayley experimented with some new receipies, they turned out fantastic. As usual, we all had our fill and then some. Bro. Krage said he had never seen his kitchen so busy. O well, the Carter women know how to cook! And boy do the Carter Men ( Felix, Webster, Henderson and Krage) know how to eat.

The day after the feast we headed out to the desert, as in remote area, to ride the quads and motorcycles owned by the Krages. Everybody rode something, there was even a quad with an automatic transmission for me. Although I still could not shift it. I just ran around in 1st gear. I certainly was not the mad man I used to be on a dirt bike.

We arrived home safe and sound on Saturday to find all is well. Sierra was glad to see us. We are back to the normal everyday routine. Mom at work, Jacob at school and me wasting time.

As mentioned in an email, we have finally got the bed frame we have waited for. Only 15 years in the making.

Off to the next adventure, Christmas.

schedule

The holiday schedule is filling up fast. First, Thanksgiving, Mom, Jacob, Bethany & I will be in
San Diego. Leaving monday November . We will need help on start times so we miss the LA traffic. All suggestions are welcome.

We will be there all week with the Krages. Again, their hopitality is absolutley wonderful. Another trip it the Zoo is planned, but this time with the Xander, he will scare the animals. We may not be allowed in the park.

I think I will call Dick Williams and see if we can visit. Along with Dottie Nosler.

I think Kayley is trying to organize the dinner. I do not know who she is going to ask to help. Hopefully she does not try to do it all. A trait of Carter women. I guess we can thank Grandma Sally for that.

In time I will figure out how to add photos. Mine will be different since there are no babies here. My activites are much more boring. I could take a picture of me watching "The Office", I am on season 3. I have had some good laughs along with Mom, I wonder how bad Carter & Zielke were?
Hello blog world!!! Will this be fun? Or just fill up some spare time? I will have to find out.
